From June 13th-15th the 15th annual conference of the Scandinavian Biomaterials Society (ScSB) is taking place in Jurmala, which brings together researchers from 18 countries. The ScSB holds an annual conference each year in the Nordic & Baltic region, at which researchers and partners from industry gather to share their latest findings and innovations regarding biomaterials.
The theme of the conference is "Advances in Biomaterials Engineering". Topics covered include development of biomaterials, in vitro and in vivo models and investigations, drug delivery systems, implant manufacturing processes, 3D printing and application in clinic.
